TAKUMI Studio is a fine art printing business based in the South West of Western Australia. TAKUMI Studio's customer base includes artists, illustrators and photographers from around Australia and Overseas, who seek a local printer for their Australian printing orders. Fine Art Printing is the highest quality printing available using high-end inkjet printers. When paired with archival grade printing substrate such as Cotton Rag papers from mills in Germany and Europe, the resulting print is able to maintain its colour-fastness for 75+ years. This level of quality in a finished product is incredibly important to communicate at all touch-points with current and prospective clients. The level of quality is married for an incredible eye and attention for detail which most importantly needed to extend to the TAKUMI Studio website which serves as the first source of information for new clients. The TAKUMI Studio website was designed around the following three requirements:

To offer clients transparent pricing with the inclusion of real-time custom price generator where users are able to select from various paper types, sizing in inches or millimetres, and with the inclusion of a paper (non-printed) border as part of the generated price. 2. To offer clients a level of detail in terms of content around paper selections and FAQs that would reduce enquiry times responding to these standard questions but still maintain the level of customer services.
3. To style the website in a way that it is akin to artistry, quality and Japanese value set intrinsically tied to the business operation.
